VJ true variable frequency series screw compressor can maintain stable pressure in the pipe network system in a most precisely way; it is preferably used in areas where air flow varies frequently and air using equipment which is sensitive to pressure change.

Differences between VJ true variable frequency series and ordinary variable frequency compressors are:

A). Capacity of VJ series can be higher than rated Capacity. If you turn the discharge pressure down, it will transform surplus power to the power necessary for generating larger Capacity. For example, if the discharge pressure of VJ-10/8 compressor is changed from 8 bar to 7 bar, its maximum Capacity will be increased from 10 m³ to 10.9 m³.

B). VJ series allows operation under the working condition higher than the rated discharge pressure, but at this moment, its maximum Capacity will decrease. Then it will transform the power originally used for producing partial Capacity to the power for obtaining higher pressure. For example, if the discharge pressure of VJ-10/8 compressor is changed from 8 bar to 10 bar, its maximum Capacity will be decreased from 10 m³ to 8.7 m³.
