Centrifugal Steam Compressor:

MVR centrifugal steam compressor adopts integral skid-mounted structure. It is mainly composed of compressor (consisting of stator, rotating part, sealing part), gear increaser, driving system (variable frequency motor + coupler and their protective covers), lubricating oil circuit and base system.

Backward inclined three-dimensional flow impeller, which is designed carefully by industry experts with world's famous Agile professional turbomachinery software of CN in the United States, is used together with CFD analysis to ensure high efficiency and wide working condition range of the compressor.

DyRoBeS, internationally excellent rotor dynamics and bearing design software, and finite element design and analysis software are used to fully analyze strength, rigidity, modal and thermal stress of impeller, core part, to ensure long-term stable operation of the rotor.

The design is customized according to the user's requirement to ensure that each item works at the highest efficiency.

Application area of Centrifugal Steam Compressor:

MVR system is extensively and mainly used in petrochemical industry, fruit juice concentration, food fermentation, beverage industry, biological phboomacy, seawater desalination, and high-concentration inorganic salt/ organic salt wastewater treatment.

Notes for model selection of Centrifugal Steam Compressor:

During model selection, first determine evaporating temperature at the compressor inlet, determine flow rate of 1t evaporation volume, and convert it to inlet volume flow rate. Then select corresponding model from the model table according to the volume flow rate.

Inlet evaporating temperature of standard model is 85 °C and according to the chart, the flow rate of 1t evaporation volume will be 47.8m3/min.

If the evaporating temperature is 100 °C, the flow rate of 1t evaporation volume will be 28.3m3/min from the chart. The processing capacity of 5t/h leads to the intake flow rate of compressor to be 5×28.3=141.5m3/min, which corresponds to the standard model KCV125-100/xx1).
